Continuous Improvement
At Centres Radiologiques de l’Estrie et de Sherbrooke, the well-being of our patients is central to everything we do. To uphold this commitment, we have established a committee focused on occupational health and safety and continuous improvement.
Through quarterly meetings, the committee develops and implements continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, ergonomics, productivity, and radiation protection for both patients and technologists.
Our staff regularly take part in training to keep their knowledge and skills up to date in key areas such as:
- CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)
- Safe patient handling and movement
- Fall prevention
- WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System)
Since 2026, Centres Radiologiques de l’Estrie et de Sherbrooke have also been proud members of a CNESST prevention mutual.
